As of September 1, 2024, PMI Tampa is our new management company.
A few extra notes of information may be helpful:
They manage numerous community associations, including HOAs and Condo Associations in other states as well as Florida, so anytime you contact, you need to clarify what association you live in.
When you register for your own unit's account, you don't need an account number. They will provide it when you submit and are approved.
The best way to contact them, including repair requests is with the “contact us” option on your personal account portal.
