Explaining the Agenda and Minutes
The Board's current policy is to post the minutes of a meeting after they have been approved by the Board at the following meeting. During the summer, this means an approximate lag of 30 days before minutes are posted. You are, however, directed to the agenda for that meeting which will be available until the official minutes are posted.
