Approval of Minutes of Last Meeting
Discussion:  Since meetings are a month apart, will we approve tentative release of minutes shortly after the meeting but prior to the next meeting?

OLD BUSINESS:
Treasurer and Finance Committee Report
     Approve Bills for Payment
     Current Bank Balances
     Please continue to make assessment payments to Lakeland Harbour Apartments but mail them to 
          Mastermind Association Management c/o Theresa Bonzella.

Building and Grounds Committee Report
     Report from Meeting with Lakeland Electric April 4 on parking lot lighting
     The Sweet Gum Tree Depression has been remedied.  Thanks Mike and Russ.
     Report on Termite Treatment Project: (B Building) Keys checked, river rock removal, etc.
     Fascia Repair (C Building): Rick and Russ have investigated
          Will require hiring a contractor and supervision of the project

     Rules and Regulations: Numerous violations noted on tour of campus
          Untagged vehicle
          Unapproved plantings, pots placed in common areas
          Hanging plants on porches
          Heavy porch furniture (Must leave 3' pathway)
