I understand the five Musts/Must Nots
     1. I am 55+.

     2. I cannot rent out the property.

     3. I must pay my assessments in a timely fashion.

     4.  No pets are permitted at any time, permanently or temporarily.

     5.  No smoking is permitted in common areas including porch areas.  Smokers may use two outdoor smoking benches or inside their own unit.
