55+ compliance

55+ COMPLIANCE CENSUS

FHA(Federal Housing Act) and HOPA (Housing for Older Persons Act) require a biannual (every two years) census to establish compliance with 55+ restrictions (that allow the condo to discriminate against younger people).  Only one owner/resident needs to be 55 or older. There are a few exceptions to this age requirement.
