Amend Declarations 05/03/2023
They provide penalties for non-payment of monthly assessments. After ten days late, a penalty of 8% and $25 may be charged. After 60 days late, the Association may foreclose its lien.
Secondly, the amendment declares no smoking in common areas which are listed.
