Amend Declarations #2 04/10/1997

This one page second amendment recorded 04/10/1997 was recorded at Book 3823 Page 624.  It changes the previous restrictions to allow pickup trucks, vans and mini-vans, etc. and while continuing the restriction on buses, RV's, commercial vehicles, house or boat trailers, or trailers of a type used for hauling or moving, on the common property.  In an emergency, prohibited vehicle will be allowed to park on the grounds for one night only.
