Amend Bylaws 02/28/2017
This two-page document (less signatures and notary) was recorded 02/28/2017 at Book 10077 Page 2017 reduces the requirement to amend a bylaw to a majority of Owners voting in person or by proxy at a meeting where a quorum has been attained. It also deletes the paragraph in Article VI, Obligations of Owners, Section 6 Rules of Conduct (h) about visits from minor children.
